Chris Rock's One Night Stand with Monika Zsibrita Led to Rape Accusation

Late in 1998, while separated from his wife, Chris Rock had a one night stand with model, Monika Zsibrita who later claimed she she was pregnant with Rock's child and that he had raped her. Although no charges were ever filed, Chris Rock hired the notorious "P.I. to the stars," Anthony Pellicano, in 2001 to find out information on Zsibrita during the investigation. Now, two weeks into Pellicano's trial for unlawful wiretapping and racketeering, the entire 31-minute phone conversation has been made available. Excerpts from the conversation include:

CR: "I know the night we went to the Ivy she had on white pants. I only noticed cause my wife's real classy and subdued and I'm out with a girl with big tits and white pants. It's just, I know people were like, 'heeey'."

Pellicano excuses himself to "scream at my secretary."

Pellicano (reading from report): "He tried to pull out and ejaculated on her thighs. She immediately got up and went to the bathroom where she cleaned up with a Kleenex. She put the Kleenex in her pocket."

CR: I've been so set up...
AP: Did you come on her thighs?...
CR: I had a rubber on. I probably took it off right when I was getting ready to come. I probably came on her ass.

AP: Did you stick it in her? Without a rubber?
CR: No

AP: Now we got to go get this thing legally, which means we gotta subpoena it.

CR: It never stops
AP: It's gonna stop. I'm going to make it stop.

AP: [On Richard Pryor] I know of him trying to kill himself at least 5 times.

AP: We're going to get her one way or the other... Does your old lady know what's going on?
CR: No. She thinks it's over, put it that way. She knows of it.

CR: Rape is just fucking, buzz, you know?... Once your accused of rape, you're just FUCKED, you know?
AP: That's why i want to blacken this girl up, totally. I want to make her out to be a lying, scumbag, manipulative cocksucker... Stupid bitch
CR: I'm fucked. I'm better getting caught with needles in my arm. WAY better. Needles, with pictures, there's Chris Rock shooting heroin. Much better blow to the career."

Here is the full recording of the 31 minute phone conversation between Chris Rock and Hollywood investigator, Anthony Pelicano, who’s currently in a criminal trial.

The Anthony Pellicano Wiretapping Trial is digging up Hollywood's trash. Chris Rock has now find himself in the deep end of this mess. The comedian hired Hollywood's favorite eavesdropper and illegal background checker to dig up some fun facts on Hungarian model/Perfect 10 naked babe Monika Zsibrita, who made a paternity and sexual assault claim against Rock back in 1999. Rock's publicist admits the hire.

[Publicist Matt] Labov said that Pellicano, at the time he was retained, had an "excellent reputation" as an investigator and that no one associated with Rock had any idea the private investigator would illegally access police files, as federal authorities have alleged.

"No one from our camp would have ever knowingly entered into an agreement with Pellicano to do anything illegal," Labov said. "Let me put it like this: When you hire somebody to fix your TV, you don't necessarily think he's going to hook you up for free cable."

Christopher Julius Rock III
(born February 7, 1965) is an Emmy Award winning comedian, actor, screenwriter, television producer, film producer and director. He was voted by Comedy Central as the fifth greatest stand-up comedian of all time.

Rock began doing stand-up comedy in 1985 in New York City's Catch a Rising Star. Rock slowly rose up the ranks of the comedy circuit in addition to earning bit roles in the film I'm Gonna Git You Sucka and the TV series Miami Vice. Upon seeing his act at a nightclub, Eddie Murphy befriended and mentored the aspiring comic. Murphy gave Rock his first film role in Beverly Hills Cop II.

Rock became a cast member of the popular sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live in 1990. He and other new cast members Chris Farley, Adam Sandler, Rob Schneider, and David Spade became known as the Bad Boys of SNL. In 1991, he released his first comedy album Born Suspect and won acclaim for his dramatic role as a crack addict in the film New Jack City. His tenure on SNL gave Rock national exposure, but he was rarely used on the show, save for his recurring Nat X character.
